What can I expect from my first session?
The first session will be an hour long session to collect your history and identify the goals you have for therapy.
Can my insurance help pay for Intensives?
EMDR Intensives are not covered by insurance. I accept private pay only and do not provide superbills.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash or credit card. HSA cards are also accepted.
How many sessions will I need?
This is hard to answer! Some clients will need one intensive session and others will need several. Most clients report feeling relief after a few hours. Six hours tends to be the average that many clients require.
